How do I get started?
Choose Create account, complete the registration form and follow the activation instructions sent to your email.
Where can I see my activity?
Sign in and open your dashboard to review your account balance and transaction history.
How do I confirm a transfer?
Follow the transfer form and enter the verification code sent to your email. The dashboard shows the request status.
How do crypto deposits work?
Choose the asset and network shown in your account. Use the displayed receiving address, then submit your transaction reference for review. Always check that the asset and network match.
Where can I follow a loan request?
Open Loan history in your account to review your submitted requests and their statuses.
What if I forget my password?
Use the recovery option on the sign-in page and follow the link sent to your registered email address.
How can I contact support?
Use the Contact Us page or email the support address shown there. Never include your password or transaction PIN in a message.
